We offer commercial-grade quality outdoor light strings with wire custom manufactured to our company’s specifications. The wire is 14-gauge, UL approved, double-stranded and twisted for strength. The PVC coating includes a softening agent, which allows the wire to have the feel of rubber (or brewery cable) with the durability of PVC, as rubber/ brewery cable tends to dry
and crack a lot sooner. This soft wire jacket stays pliable in the extreme cold and enables the sockets to make good
contact with the stranded copper. A UV inhibitor delays sunlight damage, which causes wire to crack and exposes it to potential dangers.
